Hello Everyone,
Your host B. Quad here wanting to wrap-up the first year of Precision High Pressure Shooting side of Precision High Pressure Media. Also I wanted to tell everyone what is to be expected for the coming year 2017.
It has taken more time than originally expected to get content edited and loaded up, but I have had a nice break from life over the holiday and have been able to work on it. Hopefully there will be some more content to look forward to on the YOUTUBE Channels and on the web site. Actually as I am writing this, I am supposed to be getting ready for a steel match at Pala Shooting Range for tomorrow. However due to it currently raining and the rain to continue through New Year’s Eve, I don’t think I will make it out to the match. Also it does not help that I am trying to fix a feeding issue with my Mossberg 930.
This year I have competed in quite a few different types of shooting matches, from steel matches at Pala and Iron Sights to my first 3 Gun match earlier this month (it has taken a while to get my 3 gun setup worked out and now even longer with the shotgun issues). Additionally I competed in a few IDPA and Tactical shotgun matches as well as did a fair amount of trap shooting.
Unfortunately I do not have footage from all of these matches to post on my Youtube Channel due to some filming issues (dead camera batteries and forgotten memory cards).
For 2017, I look forward to continue competing in IDPA, 3 Gun, Steel, and Tactical shotgun matches. I also hope to try out some USPSA and more 2 Gun matches. One match I have wanted to try in particular is Escondido Fish and Game’s 2 gun match. Besides having footage from matches, I will be producing some write ups with commentary videos about the different type of shooting competitions and my personal views on the pros and cons of each type of match. Commentary will also include what bare bone essential gear is needed for each shooting discipline, as well as the things that make matches more enjoyable.
Also look for videos and review on different firearms, gear, match modifications, and accessories coming throughout 2017. Over 2016 I have been procuring many items for use at these different matches and I will be doing reviews of them. Some of the possible reviews to look for on could be: guns, holsters, cadies, magazine pouches, belts, carts, reloading components, reloading gear, progressive press, a variety of accessories, and tools to work on the equipment.
